Jackson Browne announces acoustic tour with Sara Watkins, playing Academy of Music

Jackson Browne has announced a 20-date acoustic summer tour of the U.S. that will bring him to Philly on July 25th for a performance at the Academy of Music. Tickets will go on sale this Saturday, May 5th at 10 A.M. More information can be found here. Full tour dates are below.

Joining him for most of the tour as a special guest will be Sara Watkins. Sara’s second solo album Sun Midnight Sun will be released on May 8th via Nonesuch Records. It was produced by Blake Mills (formerly of Simon Dawes) and features guest appearances by Fiona Apple, Jackson Browne, Taylor Goldsmith (of Dawes), Benmont Tench, and Sean Watkins.
