Jackson Browne has announced a fall tour in support of his upcoming album, Standing in the Breach, which will be released on October 7. The tour will stop at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia on Friday, October 10. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.; more information is available here.
Browne will be backed by Val McCallum (guitar), Mauricio Lewak (Drums), Jeff Young (keyboards), Bob Glaub (bass) and Greg Leisz (guitar, lap steel, pedal steel) on the tour.
Standing in the Breach will be Browne’s 14th studio album. The ten song collection is described by a press release as “deeply personal and political, exploring love, hope, and defiance in the face of the advancing uncertainties of modern life.”
