After opening the tour on June 5th at the Barclays Center with Youth Lagoon, they’ll play at Merriweather Post Pavilion with Dirty Projectors before heading back north a bit to play at The Mann on June 7th (also with DP). They will also stop in Manchester, TN for Bonnaroo before heading to Europe. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10 A.M.; more information can be found here. Full tour dates are below.
In addition to the tour announcement, The National have revealed that they will release a new album on 4AD this May. However, more details on the follow-up to 2010’s High Violet have yet to be announced.
